What I am up to:

I plan to get in a real nice shape this year in order to produce extensive pictorial material and HD videos for my private collection only. Some of the new material will be published here while being created rigt after the Ms. Olympia 2008. Much more new HD videos and full screen photos of me in top shape will be published here in the private collection for fans and supportive people soon!
